RECRUITMENT PROCESS

1.       SUBMIT CV 

You may submit your Curriculum Vitae (CV) or fill out our application form thru Apply or by browsing our Job Posting. Sending CVs thru our website will be considered that you acknowledged the Privacy Policy of the company.
 
2.       INITIAL SCREENING

Our recruitment team will screen and review your CV submitted. Our recruitment team may also conduct a phone interview to validate and gather more information about the details indicated in your CV.
 
Should you be qualified, your CV will be included in our database for manpower pooling.

 
3.       INTERVIEW

Should your qualification match with our job opening, we may invite you for a face-to-face interview or through messaging apps such as Skype for further interview.
 
4.       ENDORSEMENT TO EMPLOYER 
          (WITH ACTIVE REQUIREMENT)

Once you are shortlisted, we will notify you that your CV will be sent to our Employer for their screening.
 

5.       EMPLOYER’S INTERVIEW

If you were selected by the employer, our recruitment team will notify you for the details about the final interview with the employer either face-to-face interview or through messaging apps.
 

6.       JOB OFFER

You will be called by our recruitment team to discuss the Job Offer made by the employer should you pass the Employer’s Interview.
 
7.       TRAINING & ASSESSMENT

You will be informed by our recruitment team if you will need to undergo training and/or assessment.
 
8.       DOCUMENTATION to DISPATCH

You will then be referred to our Documentation Team to discuss with you the process that you will undergo to complete the papers required by the government for OFWs.
